CEnv in a Day - Ireland

Wednesday, 14 September 2022 - 9:30am to 5:00pm
63 Merrion Square, Dublin

The CEnv in a Day Workshop is for professionals who meet the criteria for Chartership. The aim is to put all participants through the full application process.

We will be running two workshops at the Royal Society of Antiquaries of Ireland (‘Society House’) at 63 Merrion Square. Workshop attendees will be able to attend the Ireland Brownfield Network (IBN) 10th Anniversary event the following day free of charge

In the morning session candidates will be advised on editing their CEnv Report by our workshop facilitator. The afternoon will be spent completing your report before attending your Professional Review Interview which will be conducted on Zoom within a week of the workshop.

Over 500 candidates have already become Chartered through our CEnv in a Day workshop route, with feedback consistently positive: “the set-up is very conducive to debate and actually learning from other's experiences. Far better than the perhaps more formal environment from other institutions.”

The presentation was extremely clear and helpful, highlighting areas where there could be different approaches or ambiguities. [The workshop facilitator] was able to engage all the candidates from our disparate disciplines, ensuring we all understood the implications of each answer and areas of possible overlap.

The workshop provided confidence going into the interview that you have responded appropriately and knowing what to expect.”

Workshop cost: €587, more information can be found on our CEnv workshops page.

To secure your place on this workshop please complete the application form and return this to the IES project office via email info@the-ies.org.

Payment Terms
Payment must be received at least 5 weeks before the workshop to confirm your space, or one month after the booking forms are received, whichever falls early. If you book a workshop within those 5 weeks, you are required to pay upon booking to confirm your space. If these payment terms are not met, the IES reserves the right to reallocate your place on the workshop to another candidate.

Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy
Due to the high demand for these workshops, no refunds will be permitted if cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of the workshop date. This includes transferring your space to an alternative workshop; in this event, you will be charged for an additional workshop space. Cancellations prior to this date will be entitled to a full refund, or an alternative workshop date.
