Land Condition

This panel discussion, chaired by Lucy Bethell, follows on from the highly commended regulator panel session at the 2026 SiLC Annual Forum.

Representatives from regulatory bodies across the United Kingdom will come together to discuss the common challenges they face, how they work collaboratively, and the circumstances where cooperation may not always be possible or effective. The discussion will explore the drivers behind these situations and provide valuable insight into the realities of regulation across different parts of the UK.

The webinar presents an excellent opportunity for consultants, regulators, contractors, local authorities, developers and other professionals working within the land condition sector to gain a better understanding of the regulatory landscape and contribute to the shared objective of getting it right first time.

The session will include opportunities to hear directly from experienced regulators, explore practical case studies and participate in what promises to be an engaging and thought-provoking discussion.

Can't attend on the day?

Don't worry. The webinar will be recorded, and all registered delegates will receive access to the recording after the event. So even if you are unable to join us live on 4th November, you will still be able to benefit from the expert insights and panel discussion at a time that suits you.
