Land Condition

Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC) Introduction Days are open to all those considering applying for SiLC registration. The session provides:

  • An overview of the SiLC scheme
  • Detailed information on the assessment and examination process
  • An opportunity to meet peers and discuss your application with SiLC Assessors

The examination now embraces the requirements of the National Quality Mark Scheme (NQMS). Subject to success in the SiLC exam and professional interview, becoming a SiLC will automatically result in registration as a Suitably Qualified Person (SQP).

Delegates who attend an Introduction Day will receive a £70 discount on their SiLC application fee.

Please note that the deadline for applications for the February 2026 SiLC exam round is Monday 9 February 2026.

If you are unable to attend the date above, please email SiLC@SiLC.org.uk to be added to the mailing list. This will alert you when a SiLC Introduction Day is arranged elsewhere. Your email address will not be shared or used for any purpose other than Introduction Day information.
