Meet the new Land Condition Early Careers Network Steering Group

IES News Land Condition

More about the members leading our work in this area

We are delighted to announce the new members of our Land Condition Community Early Careers Network Steering Group.

The Land Condition ECN is a community of professionals in the early stages of their careers, working in sectors and roles related to land condition. The ECN provides a forum for IES members within this specialism to connect with fellow early careers professionals and support their career development through workshops, webinars and networking socials.

The ECN was established in 2019 and over the last four years has delivered a number of successful events. Past events have focused on both soft skills, such as a workshop on managing others, as well as technical skills and knowledge such as a half-day event on handling big data. These events and meetups offer a friendly, supportive and accessible environment for members to build their skills, and provide an excellent CPD opportunity which can be used as evidence of development when upgrading from Associate to Full Member with the IES.

The new members will join the Steering Group to support in delivering the activities of the ECN and play a leading role in shaping the work of the ECN.
