Lynsey and Naomi from CAPE Coaching and Development hosted an online workshop, jointly held by the IES and RemSoc, in July for anyone thinking about or embarking into their first move managing others - early line management and/or project management. They explored some of the common challenges people experience and what personal development is really useful to focus on now. They shared some of their research from senior managers on 'what they know now that they wished they knew when they first started managing others'. And they provided some useful tools to take away.
