Nature for Everyone: Letter from Wildlife & Countryside Link
In early 2022, Wildlife & Countryside Link (WCL) used the opportunity of the Levelling-Up Bill to push for greater access to nature. Part of the campaign involved this letter to the Secretary of State, which the IES signed in support.
Since then, the IES has continued to work to support access to nature, including through our recommendations to the UK Government, which call for a change to the narrative on nature.
