In April 2015, Environmental Protection Scotland produced this letter as its response to the consultation on the development of the second river basin management plan for the Scotland river basin district.

Environmental Protection Scotland joined the IES family in 2025 as part of the Environmental Policy Implementation Community (EPIC).
