Supporting the next generation of land condition professionals

The Land Condition Early Careers Network (ECN) is a network of land condition professionals in the early stages of their careers. It exists to develop members’ knowledge and skills in a supportive and accessible environment.

The Network is housed within the wider Land Condition Community, giving early career professionals opportunities to learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals.

Steering Group

The Land Condition ECN is led by a Steering Group of early career professionals, who ensure the network’s offering is useful and engaging for their peers. They plan and host webinars on a range of topics and produce a quarterly newsletter. They also represent the early careers perspective in working groups within the Land Condition Community.

Can I join the Early Career Network?

IES members in the first ten years of their land condition career are eligible to join the ECN. Eligibility is not age-based and is open to those who have moved into the sector later in their career.
