This workshop is for anyone thinking about or embarking on their first move into managing others - early line management and/or project management. The workshop will be delivered by CAPE, which was created to solve the people management puzzle of supporting managers to feel equipped, enabled and empowered to carry out their roles.
The workshop will explore some of the common challenges people experience and what personal development is really useful to focus on now. The facilitators will share some of their research from senior managers on 'what they know now that they wished they knew when they first started managing others'. They will also provide some useful tools for you to take away.
