Webinar series: 'What Next? Delivering on the Ambitions of COP26'

The 26th UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) is taking place in Glasgow 1st – 12th November. The summit comes at a vital moment, with urgent action required to tackle the Climate Emergency we face, and it is hoped and expected that COP26 will result in greater climate commitments at an international level.

This three-part event series, taking place immediately after the conclusion of COP26, will explore the ‘what next?’ question; how we, as professionals and organisations, can ensure that climate commitments decided at COP26 can be realised via tangible, science-based action and policy change.

Organised by the Environmental Policy Forum (EPF), a collective of professional bodies working in collaboration, the series will bring together organisations and professional bodies from across sectors to reflect, discuss and engage.

The events will feature reflections on the achievements of COP26 as well as policy priorities for delivering on agreed commitments, the sharing of good practice case studies including the setting of science-based targets, and an outline of the support and guidance available from professional bodies to help you achieve your net zero goals – including how to engage with our policy work.
