This EPIC Community meeting is for EPIC members who want to be involved in planning the re-launch of Noise Action Week in May 2026.

Noise Action Week used to be held by EPIC's predecessor - Environmental Protection UK - to raise awareness about the negative impacts of noise pollution on health and well-being. It highlighted practical solutions for managing and reducing noise, provided resources for local authorities, and encouraged individuals, businesses, and communities to address noise-related issues. 

This meeting is the initial planning meeting, and there will be several leading up to the re-launch. If you are unable to attend this meeting but would like to be involved, please email Ellie Savage (ellie@the-ies.org).

Who can attend?
This meeting is only for Environmental Policy Implementation Community (EPIC) members. You can join EPIC here. Please note that all environmental professionals working in local authorities can join EPIC for free.
