Dr Jemma Lonsdale, Principal Environmental Consultant at Haskoning
Jemma is a Principal Environmental Consultant at Haskoning, based in the Peterborough office. With over 14 years of experience in the coastal and marine sector, she has worked across ports and shipping, offshore renewables, and aggregate extraction industries. Jemma specialises in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and has extensive expertise in licensing and consenting, including marine licence applications under the Marine and Coastal Access Act and Development Consent Orders (DCO) for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs). She has authored, managed, and reviewed numerous EIAs, providing strategic advice and technical input to support sustainable marine development. Working closely with clients, regulators, and stakeholders, Jemma focuses on delivering practical and proportionate solutions to achieve successful consents.
