Tuesday, 17 January 2017 - 12:30pm to 1:30pm
Webinar - Online

This talk will cover the growing awareness of achieving the high specification of 'Outstanding Rating' for sustainability provided by Building Research Establishment's (BRE) BREEAM scheme. This is particularly significant for city-based construction projects.

We will take a look at some of the highest rated BREEAM buildings Sweco have delivered and outline a few key sustainability innovations, which are set to become industry norms for the future. We will also cover challenges faced in achieving high sustainability credentials and outline the BREEAM early guide for designers, developed by Sweco in partnership with University of Bath.
