Emily Auckland, UKSSD’s Network Director

UK Stakeholders for Sustainable Development (UKSSD) are looking for a dynamic and inspiring leader to support the growth and development of their network.

With this growth comes the chance for an emerging leader to establish themselves at the forefront of efforts to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals and sustainable development in the UK.

The role is diverse – as well as traditional governance responsibilities we’re looking for someone who can act as a figurehead for UKSSD, engage its diverse stakeholder network and work closely with our Network Director to support her in her role.

About UKSSD
UKSSD is a cross-sector network of organisations working together to drive action on the SDGs in the UK. We have more than 100 Partner organisations, as well as a wider network exceeding 1000.

In our short history we’ve successfully raised the profile of the SDGs in the UK with organisations and government alike. We have built a reputation as the leading voice on the SDGs in the UK and have mobilised and elevated the voices of as many stakeholders as we can to have the biggest impact possible. Our achievements include a letter from 84 UK businesses to the Prime Minister in the Times newspaper and our seminal report, Measuring up: How the UK is performing on the SDGs.

With this success comes new and exciting opportunities for our network and for a new Chair.
