Calling all CEnv members

The CEnv community are coming together throughout August to build awareness of the vital work they are doing to protect and enhance the environment, whilst inspiring the next generation of environmental professionals.

We want to hear from CEnv registrants from across the different specialisms on who they are, what they do and why they do it. This will help to highlight the wide range of expertise and brilliant work being done by the CEnv community.

How can I get involved?

Either by recording and sharing short videos (~20 seconds) on Twitter / LinkedIn or by posting standard text posts using the #iamCEnv and tagging @IES_UK, images provided by the Society for the Environment (SocEnv).

What should I say?

We’d like you to answer one of the following in each post / video (you don’t need to answer them all!):

  • Why do you do what you do?
  • How did you get to where you are now?
  • What advice would you give to aspiring environmental professionals / students?
  • Why is diversity needed in the environment sector? From diversity of skills to demographics.

We know that the environmental professionals working in our sector are key to protecting and enhancing the environment across a spectrum of disciplines. It’s time to tell the world about it!
