This key role will see you using professional skills and knowledge to proactively identify, investigate, analyse, evaluate and advise on issues and solutions relating to air quality management, contaminated land, land drainage issues and related environmental health issues. In addition, you will be supporting the Service Manager - Environmental Health to put in place robust, up-to-date policies, procedures, strategies and actions plans relating the delivery of all the council's environmental health responsibilities.
You will be experienced within these Environmental Health areas of work and have a degree in Environmental Health and be EHRB registered or have an equivalent, relevant, qualification and experience. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to give clear advice and support to colleagues and members of the public.
