Rebecca Hearn is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) through the Institution of Environmental Sciences (IES) and an enthusiastic environmental consultant with a strong sense of purpose. With a background working across complex industrial sites including gas works to military land, Rebecca brings practical insight and deep commitment to the sector. Rebecca is passionate about continuous learning and industry support, which led to the co-founding of MidLE: Midlands Land Events. Through MidLE, Rebecca has  a talent for uniting voices and fostering collaboration with organisations such as IES, the Society for the Environment (SocEnv) and other regional and national forums.

Kerry Murray is a Chartered Scientist (CSci) via the Geological Society with expertise in land contamination and ground risk management. Known for her caring, enthusiastic, and technically rigorous approach, Kerry is highly regarded by clients and peers alike.
