Join us on 9th September 2025 at 12:30pm for a 45 minute webinar introducing the SILOtoSOIL tool, a collaborative initiative developed by Midlands Land Events (MidLE) in partnership with the Society for the Environment (SocEnv).
Designed to break down silos and promote knowledge sharing across sectors and communities; this tool features:
- An interactive mapping of organisations actively involved in the soil discussion
- A searchable database of soil-related guidance and resources across sectors
During this session, we’ll explore how the tool can:
- Support your work in land condition
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strengthen connections across the professional community
You’ll also get early insight into the next phase of development, and learn how you can contribute to shaping the SILOtoSOIL tool’s future.
About MidLE
MidLE is a non-profit, neutral Community Interest Company (CIC) established in 2022. Recognising the lack of a dedicated land and property forum in the Midlands, MidLE aims to fill this gap. MidLE connects, inspires, and informs land, property, and environmental professionals by offering a friendly platform with a regional focus on today's major industry challenges and topics. Our interactive and meaningful events and projects add value by sharing best practices and welcoming fresh perspectives and experiences at all levels. Our latest project, SILOtoSOIL, aims to elevate the importance of soil and collaborate with key stakeholders to shift the perception of soil from waste to a valuable resource. #SilotoSoil #MakeSoilSexy #soilsandstones
