Objective
To identify and pursue new opportunities to generate revenue streams and funding within the UK and EU that further the charitable aims of the organisation, increase our project portfolio and expand our offering in terms of scale and scope.

As a part of the Change Agents UK (CAUK) team, contribute to realising our organisational strategy through our aims and values. To make a positive contribution to the direction and development of CAUK where appropriate by coordinating and /or participating in projects and initiatives that further the organisational aims.

In simple terms, the Senior Project and Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing existing projects, as well as driving bidding and funding applications to win new work, which they will then project manage.
