The Science Council is a charitable body that sets the standards for practising scientists, through professional registration.
We recognise the need to increase and enhance routes to registration and therefore will be establishing a new Routes to Registration Committee this year. We are looking to recruit a Registration Coordinator to lead on this exciting new project. In addition to setting up and running of the Committee, you will support the administrative work of the Registration and Licensing Team to ensure standards are maintained.

Role Purpose
The Office for Environmental Protection (OEP) is a new public body that’s been established to support environmental protection and improve the natural environment. The OEP’s role is to hold government to account on its environmental commitments, and provide independent oversight and advice on environmental law and other matters relating to the natural environment.
About the job
The role of the Marketing and Communications Officer is to deliver targeted marketing and communications activities, both directly and through collaboration with the Science Council’s partner organisations that increase awareness of the organisation and support growth in registrations.
Due to the unfailing loyalty of our clients and the ongoing success of Silsoe Odours, we are pleased to announce that our specialist, dedicated team of odour experts is growing. As a result, we are now looking for a Senior Air Quality Consultant (with a specific focus on odour) to join our small, family-led team. Within this role, you will work directed from our odour laboratory and offices in Wrest Park, Bedfordshire. Initially, we are searching for the right person to join us on a full-time basis.
